I'm surprised that no one has mentioned 3/16/68. Although it's got a couple unfortunate cuts, it's just what you are looking for, including a very early "Mountain" type jam...

2/7/69 is really interesting too, it moves in and out of a blistering china cat theme and lesh also has a long solo during the jam...
